reassign to specific person in same category

Dear All

I want to give agents the ability to reassign ticket to a specific user in the same category. Is that possible in hesk?

To a specific person, no. However, you can give them the "Can assign tickets to others" permission when creating/editing a user, and they will be able to assign the ticket to someone else.
