New version of HESK: 3.4.6

Hesk 3.4.6 had just been released, fixing a potential security issue and a minor bug.
All Hesk users are encouraged to upgrade to the latest Hesk version.

HOW TO UPDATE:
1. Log in to your HESK admin panel
2. Go to "Settings" and click the "Check for updates" link
3. See available update options
