I have reviewed the documentation and the support forums, but I have not found clear information regarding this matter.

No, Hesk does not have any tools that would prevent simultaneous sessions of the same user.

To achieve something like this, you would probably have to store session data into the database and handle expirations/renewals. This is not something Hesk does.
