Dear All,

I am a newby in this software. Pls help me, where can I configure the email language? I am using Hungarian lang and the UI lang is well working in this, but the emails sent by english.

This happens because HTML version of emails in your "language/hu" folder are in English.

For example, this file is in English:
https://hthelpdesk.hu/language/hu/html_ ... ticket.txt

The emails sent by your help desk have plain text in Hungarian and HTML version in English. Most modern email clients show HTML-version hence the email is displayed in English.

To fix it, make sure you upload all the Hungarian language pack files to your server.
