agent unable to view all customers even though the "View all customers (but not manage them)" feature is turned on.

Hello guys, I am on hesk version 3.5.1,
I created a new agent and made him of Staff type, he is also part of all the Categories (2) I currently have. In the features list, I then checked the box "View all customers (but not manage them)" amongst other features I wanted him to have, and saved successfully. Logged out as admin and back logged in as the agent who unfortunately is still not able to view any customers (I have three now) unless I go back as an admin and I check the box "Manage customers". Is this a bug? Should not the allowed agent be able to see the list of all the customers in view only mode when "View all customers" check box is checked? What am I missing here?

It is indeed a bug, yes. Thank you for reporting it.

Try uploading this manage_customers.php file to your Hesk "admin" folder and see if it fixes the problem:
