Hello to all of you. I'm trying out HESK 3.5.1

I have successfully loaded Italian language and apparently the German too

infact the check shows

        |-> text.php: OK (English)
        |-> /emails:  OK
        |-> /html_emails:  OK

   |-> /it
        |-> text.php: OK (Italiano)
        |-> /emails:  OK
        |-> /html_emails:  OK

   |-> /de
        |-> text.php: OK (Deutsch)
        |-> /emails:  OK
        |-> /html_emails:  OK

and in the same admin panel if I try the drop box to select the default language, they are listed all the three languages

but then when in the helpdesk homepage top left corner , I can choose between English and Italian only the German Deutsche is absent

Any hint about this? I have downloaded twice the German and uploaded again but the result is still the same

You need to save changes at the bottom of the settings page to complete new language installation.

In 3.6.0, automated language installations are coming.

Thank you for the hint

Repeated the thing and saved , now it works

Though I don't understand how to revert to have the admin interface in English

I tried to set back the default language to English but the admin interface remains in Italian

The unique way to revert to english is to remove the it directory from the language directory

Go to admin panel > your profile (click on your name in the right top side) > Edit profile and select your preferred language
