Ticket Overview Customer

Is it possible for an customer to habe an overview for all Tickets he posted, when He is logged in?

Otherwise it is possible to See the Ticket Status with Just put in the Mail Adress without tracking id?

Yes, when logged in, they can access their tickets by:
1. clicking "My Tickets" link on the help desk homepage

- or

2. clicking their name in the public side (top right corner) then "My Tickets"
