Deactive Verification and other questions

Hey there,

I have a few questions:

1) Is it possible to deactivate the verification process during the registration? So a new User will register and he have Not to click the Email to verify.

2) is it possible to add a Info Text to a specific category before the Forms?

3) is it possible to Change in user overview the tracking ID and Show instead only the ID?

4) is it possible to give Tickets with a specific priority automatik to an empolyee?

Hi,

To answer your questions:

1) no, email verification is required for customer accounts because it serves as a unique identifier for the customer

2) no, only the category title is displayed. We will probably add an option to do that in the future though.

3) at the moment no, but something to improve in the future

4) no, you can only assign automatically per category

Is it possible to give a Team member only visibility for Tickets with a specific value in a custom field?

No, access can only be granted based on ticket category.
