Could you explain what you are trying to achieve in more detail (with a real-life example)?

Hello,
well it should be database named helpdesk.
And we need to set users with remote access like %user etc.
Is it clear now?
Also i guess that you should have access to this helpdesk site is

Sorry, but I do not understand what you mean.
Can you write a real-life example of what you want to achieve?

Well i'll try to explain from beggining.
We need access to database helpdesk, which we have read only access.
For this database user helpdesk will have rights to write and to create users with remote access.
Right now we do not have those rights and we need them from you if posible.

We don't have any access to your Hesk files or database and cannot create users for you. All the Hesk files and data is located on your servers, nothing is in our server.
If you need users with access to your database, you will need to create them on your own server (MySQL users).
If you want users to access the help desk via the Hesk admin user interface, you can do so in Admin panel > Users.

Well problem is, that it's inaccessible for us.
Otherwise we would not contact you in this matter.
I guess there would be user of yours with higher access which could do these things.
If needed i can let you connect through teamviewer.

Access to your database is something you need to solve with your hosting company.
We have no access to the data and systems on your servers and cannot help create custom users who have access to your database.

Well we are hosting it ourselves.
We are using virtualmin/webmin to access DB.
I am pretty sure, that you have been already connected to our server and i am sorry i give you bad adress (without port)
(REMOVED)
maybe this will help to solve it

Please do not post login credentials publicly. This is extremely unsafe, and I strongly recommend changing the password immediately.
While I may have been connected to your server in the past to help with Hesk setup, note that adding custom MySQL users is outside of the scope of my support.
You should be able to create new MySQL users in Webmin yourself by following guides such as
