Hi, attachments to tickets are usually downloaded when clicked. That's good.
Would it be possible, for images for example, to be showed on screen without being actually downloaded.
In many cases I find it very useful and does not fill local drive.

That's not currently available; for security reasons, Hesk forces downloads on all files. For example, attackers can hide PHP and other code within valid image files.

I believe there was a modification posted on the forums in the past that showed images instead of downloaded them, but can't seem to find it.
