Would it be possible to create a custom field that is only numeric?
So that it does not accept text-type content

There is no built-in way to do that; you would have to manually modify Hesk cod logic to achieve something like that (not something we can guide you through here, though).

I am not able to modify the code to achieve this.
I was happy to purchase a license and hope someone who is able to do so can implement this feature.
