While adding new team members, their is one checkbox in Preference option

Show what knowledge base articles were suggested to customer

How it works?

When the customer is writing a ticket, Hesk can suggest Knowledgebase articles.

When viewing the ticket from the admin panel, you see what articles have been suggested:


The setting controls if these suggestions are displayed or hidden by default when the user views the ticket.
