Restricting Ticket Assignment, Assigning to Multiple Staff, and Custom Ticket Filters

- Is there an option to allow a specific staff member to assign tickets only to certain staff members while restricting assignments to others?
- Can a ticket be assigned to multiple staff members? Alternatively, is it possible to create a group, assign specific staff members to it, and then assign tickets to the group so all group members can view them?
- In the ticket section, there are buttons like Open Tickets and Assigned to Me. Is it possible to add a custom button to filter tickets assigned to a specific staff member?
