Ticket Date Range Search and Open Duration Display

Version of script: 3.5.2
Hosting company: Local Host

Is there any option to view all tickets created within a specific date range, along with the full ticket list? In the "Find Ticket" option, I can only select a single date, but there's no way to select a date range.

It would be helpful to have an option in the ticket section that shows how long a ticket has been open. For example, it could display something like "Open for 1 day 1 hour."

Unfortunately, no, there is no built-in function to do this.

Well, except of exporting tickets (admin panel > Reports > Export tickets) and opening the list (XML file) in Excel.

However, the two options I mentioned are very important for an admin user.
If possible, could you consider adding them in a future update?
