Ticket Date Range Search and Open Duration Display

Hosting company: Local Host
Is there any option to view all tickets created within a specific date range, along with the full ticket list? In the "Find Ticket" option, I can only select a single date, but there's no way to select a date range.
It would be helpful to have an option in the ticket section that shows how long a ticket has been open. For example, it could display something like "Open for 1 day 1 hour."
