Add the ability to display all participants of a ticket (request) in the "Owner" column, both for customers in their personal accounts and for staff members in the main tickets table.
Problem Description:
Currently, only one user assigned to the request is displayed in the "Owner" column. However, in reality, multiple employees may be working on a single request, and the customer themselves can also participate in the discussion. This leads to frequent questions from customers such as:
"Did you see that I sent you a ticket?"
"Who is currently handling our request?"
Proposed Solution:
Expand the information shown in the "Owner" column by displaying not only the assigned technician but also all support participants involved in the ticket.

Reduced number of duplicate and clarifying requests
Increased transparency in ticket handling
