Hello everyone,
we have had the problem for a few weeks that we can no longer upload attachments in the HESK ticket system. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? I have upload a screenshot.

It is showing a "500 internal server error" message so hard to say what it is.

You will need to check your server error logs for any related messages to find clues.
