1st we tried to upgrade from 363 to 364 it all went well BUT when we looked at our customer list instead of 1 entry their were 7 entries with the same name then another customer their were 5 entries with the same name we therefore had to restore files and database back to 363 so something is not right.
The currant problem is we have installed 364 onto a new database, It was all going well until we logged back in and went to add another team member, its asking for the password, as admin we put in the password but its saying wrong.
We even went to the extent of creating a new HASH password into the PHPmyAdmin, now we cant even get into Hesk. Can anyone help as this is now a nightmare, weve been trying now for 4 hours.
