Multiple status

Version of script: 0.93
Version of PHP: 4.3


Hello, I'd like to ass tickets status, for exemple:
processing first, and after I read it change it to open, in order to have multiple uers who only read processing tickets.

How can I add a status?

You can't at the moment without editing the code. I will probably add customs statused in the future though.
