When I log into the admin page, I get nothing but a blank page:

Here are the results of the debug:

1. Session started successfully
2. Database connection started successfully
3. Username and password received
4. Database info received
5. Password OK
6. Categories OK, now redirecting (not in debug version)...

Your PHP is 4.2.2, should be at least 4.3, please upgrade it to the latest stable version (not php5).
