Hi; i have a new issue;
My security system marks some presumed email as spam with the following tag in the object of message: [spam: 4,01]
Those messages don't arrive into the hesk system; simply i miss them.
I suspect tha cause of this issues could depend on the layout of spam tag [] that is the same of tracking id.
Do you think that changing the layout (trigger?) of Tracking id (for example {}) i could solve the problem? if yes could you indicate me the file where make de modifies?
Tanck you for your answer
Tracking id and "spam tags"

Re: Tracking id and "spam tags"
That shouldn't be an issue, even such subjects will get picked up by Hesk without problems:
Perhaps your system doesn't send emails marked as spam over POP3?
Code: Select all
[spam: 4,01] Re: [#124-564-AFED] Test ticket
