Unable to activate tabs on admin screens.

When I am in the admin signon for Hesk 2.6.4 some of the tabs on each of the subscreens are non-responsive. When I click on the tab the appropriate tab is NOT activated.

On the 'Users' screen I cannot activate any of the tabs (Permissions, SIgnature, Preferences, Notifications), only the first one 'Profile Information' is available. When I choose a user to edit the successive screen also has the same inaccessible tabs.

The Canned, Reports and Tools screens are working just fine with the tabs. I can click whichever ones I want and they become active.

The screens where the tabs do not work are: Users, Settings and Profile.

I have tried this on Chrome, Firefox and IE. Not sure where to look now.

This is probably due to missing Javascript or any custom changes made.

Please try with original unmodified HESK files and make sure all HESK files are properly uploaded to the server.

This is a very vanilla installation with no customizations to the files. Javascript seems to be fine. We also have a 2.4.2 installation on the same server, different IIS sites. I can get the tabs just fine but the only tabs are on the Settings page.

I'm afraid I can't be of help here unless I visit the help desk using my browser and try to troubleshoot there.
