Admins can't see tickets

Version of script: 2.2
Hosting company: HostGator
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: authorized category, category, authorized

Write your message below: We have five users on our help desk. All are Admins. All but two of them can view anything. Two get this error message when they click a link to view a ticket from their email notification:

Error: You are not authorized to view tickets inside this category!

They are authorized to view all categories. They have full admin privileges. Any idea on a fix for this so they can respond to tickets?

Version 2.2? That's a bit out of date :D . If all users are admins, they should be able to see everything. First try upgrading to the latest version of HESK and see what happens. If they still can't see anything, double-check that they are setup as "Admins" and not "Staff".

Mike is right, you should first try upgrading to the latest version.

A side note: I also know of a few 2.2 users and it seems to work fine there. Did you make any modifications to the source files?
