Need Option under Tools or under setting to do database backup & restore .
If you possible, make option to send database backup on email on schedule time.

A MySQL backup and restore is currently not planned for HESK.

There are much better tools already available for that (try phpMyAdmin for GUI or mysqldump for CLI) that have been tested thoroughly.
