i would like to customize the script a little but and i was wondering if somebody can help me ?

i would like to make the following changes :

1- Make a print template - when clicking the print button inside a ticket.
2- I would like it to customise “Reports”
3- Print the Ticket list
4- Add Price Total at the ende of the Ticket list

I am afraid you will most likely not get help here for the level of customization you are asking for.

Your best bet would be to hire a PHP developer, for example by posting a project and renting a freelancer here.

Mike, the creator of "Mods for HESK" probably knows HESK best besides me, but I'm not sure if he does custom work and is available for hire.

Other than that I don't have any recommendations. However, any experienced PHP developer should be able to ready and modify HESK code.
