Modify PermissionTemplates Unassign

Whenever I modify a permission template it kicks all current users assigned to that template off and unassigns them from any tickets they had. Not only do they have to be added back into the correct permission template once changes have bee made but they have to manually reassign to each ticket.

I am running hesk 2.6.8 and mods 2.6.4

Permission templates were awfully designed I admit. Templates are not the same as groups, so changing a template will not update the user's security and will move them to the "Custom" template. However, there is no logic to unassign owners when changing the template's settings. There's a good chance that I will be removing the manage_permission_templates page in the Mods for HESK 3.0 release and work on a better solution for Mods for HESK 3.1. For now I advise that you set user permissions on a per-user basis.
