How to filter emails from a domain in HESK?

Hello, I already put this in HESK forum, but since I'm using Mods for HESK, I decided to put it here too.

We have a helpdesk email that receives emails from multiple sources, we would like HESK to pickup only the emails that come from our domain and convert them into tickets, how can we do that?
