This is two issues related to the Knowledge Base and WYSIWYG editing.

Recently upgraded to latest versions of HESK and MFH. Found that when importing tickets to Knowledge Base articles the HTML entities in the original ticket are not encoded back to HTML. I did some experimenting and testing and found that if WYSIWYG editing is turned off in the Knowledge Base an option to indicate that he article contains HTML code is provided. When selected the articles display correctly. This option is not present when WYSIWYG editing is turned on.

While testing this I also discovered that setting the Knowledge Base's WYSIWYG editing option to OFF effectively disables the "Allow rich text for tickets". The setting is not changed in the Help Desk Features but the Message box on the Insert Ticket Form no longer has the WYSIWYG tools available. It also disables the the insertion of Ticket Templates.
