Hi,

I've been using Hesk for about 6 months now without any glitch, thank you for that.

Today, I tried to log in the admin and my password was rejected. That seemed strange at first as my id/password were saved and automatically filled by may browser (and used like three days ago) but anyway, I tried several times to fill my password manually and inevitably got banned for 60 minutes. That did never happen before so I searched the doc and found about remove_ban.
I followed instructions, uploaded it to my server and typed its URL in my browser.

I got an error message stating that (translated from french) :

Your PHP does not have MYSQL support activated (mysqli extension requested)

Well, of course it supports PHP, but I checked anyway and yes, I have MariaDB 10.2.33 up and running.

What I tried so far :
- changing PHP version from 7.2 to 7.4 : no effect,
- asking google : nothing,
- searching this very forum : nothing.

Now, my hour of ban is probably over and I am going to ask for my password to be reset.
I will come back here to tell you about what follows.

I reseted my password and could log without any problem. Still, I don't understand why remove_ban did not work…

Sorry for the inconvenience, the "remove_ban.php" file was outdated and didn't work well on latest PHP versions.
