MFH is a great piece of work as is Hesk.... personally I prefer the layout of MFH, yes we are stuck on Hesk 2.8.6 but I don't see that is an issue unless an upgrade in PHP or Mysql affects it or I am talking rubbish :D

What's your view Mike Klemen ?

The problem is MFH is not supported anymore so if a bug/security issue is found, you're on your own :(

My candid suggestion would be to upgrade to Hesk 3. Or at least 3.2.0 which is coming soon...ish :)

I was reluctant to love to 3 as well and despite the lost features, I happy with it. The schedule is what I miss the most.

From a UI standpoint the flow of MFH is still much better than just about anything I have tested to date, that is not cloud based. I have also purchased a licence a few times and find it's well worth the trade off of perhaps being a little outdated as time progresses "feature wise".

I would love to see what is next with 3+ and are there any plans to expand via an API?
