How to make people always login to use HESK?

How can I make HESK accessible only to people in Teams, not to any guests?

That is unfortunately not possible by design - Hesk was specifically designed NOT to require or use customer accounts because people are fed up having to register and login to every website they use.

For what it's worth, we do plan to add a customer database in 2023 due to many request.
