Is it possible in subsequent versions to embed an icon in the main admin panel at the beginning of the ticket topic indicating whether there are attachments from the client? For example, in the form of a paper clip. It would be very convenient.

It's not hard to add it if the original ticket message has an attachment.
However, if the original ticket doesn't have attachments, but one of the replies has, that would take a lot more database queries to find out and possibly slow down complex queries by a lot. Is it worth it?
