Hi,
I would like to ask if it would be possible to add a function to the query export so that, for example, the overview for the month of November is taken according to the updated field, and not according to the established field

we encounter a problem with invoicing when a customer creates an inquiry on e.g. 30.10., but the question is not resolved until 15.11.

Given that we always make reports at the end of the month and monitor it only according to the reports, such an intervention is not invoiced to the principal

The solution for you would be to export the tickets to Excel (Admin > Reports > Export tickets) and run the report there.

But yes, I do understand the issue, will see if we can add an option in the future as well.
