Ticket Additional Options

Hello,

How would i add another option to tickets like the priority option but have it display yes or no?

I need a way to mark tickets as significant issues or not. I want to have an option under the priority drop down for this. Currently we are using a custom field but it requires us to edit the ticket itself.

I'm afraid there's no built-in way to do that, custom fields are the only supported way to add custom data/fields to the form.

If I may offer a suggestion...you could tag the tickets requiring attention. Tagged tickets would then have a pronounced "tag" icon next to the subject in the ticket list. This icon could be modified as well.

This suggestion would, of course, only be helpful if you were not using the tagging option for anything else.
