Bulk Ticket creation via Upload

is there any way to create tickets in bulk like 20 to 25 tickets in a go by uploading via MS Excel or any other format file? If no please have a look to add in idea list to to do list.

Unfortunately no, there is no bulk ticket upload capability.

I am not sure if it is feasible to create such a function is it would require the excel file to be in a very specific format designed for Hesk only.
