So our database files information saved in cloud

free version hdesk. I found your application very advance, very good but I notice that our database files information is not saved in our server, so i believe it must be loaded in the cloud or with you, so how safe our data is, though we are thinking we uploaded on our server and no one else have access.

In the self-hosted version of Hesk, all the data is stored on your server; absolutely no data is shared with or sent to Hesk.com or any third party by Hesk.

You will find most data in your Hesk MySQL database, some configuration in the hesk_settings.inc.php file, and the attachments in your /attachments folder.

You are welcome to have an independent PHP expert review your code and confirm the above.

Thank you so much for confirming this, i missed that file. this program are good until we reach optimum level and getting some business, we will surely go for upscale.

I used to deploy osticket but i find your program very helpful.

Regarding license fees for removing powered by if you can change your upgrade option, I suggest it will be at least one year any change will be upgraded and as what you offer that same series will be upgraded until you have new series.

The paid self-hosted license does not expire; it remains valid even after 1 year. So, even someone who purchased a Hesk license in 2015 can still use it with the latest Hesk version 3.4.2

The 1 year limitation is just time we guarantee email support for customers who purchase the license.

Thats great. I thought i read somewhere may be you have not updated this question:
Is my license valid for future HESK updates?

then you answered about series, I dont think 2015 have the same series as you have now.

It says "at least" :)

In other words: we reserve the right to charge a license fee for major updates. However, this is not something we had ever done before, so someone who purchased a license for the first version of Hesk (0.90 in 2005. Yes, 2005) can still use that license for Hesk 3.4.2. But we reserve the right to do so in the future. Even if that happens, your license will still work with your version of Hesk without an expiration date.
