I am not able to use helpdesk. It is giving message

This happens when:
1. "install" folder is in your Hesk root folder; When you complete Hesk installation and/or update, you must delete the install folder
- or -
2. Maintenance mode has been activated by a staff member in Hesk settings (Admin > Settings > Misc)
