Hello,
Since i upgrade to the latest of hesk , i don't receive any mails.
According to smtp test it's ok. (Success: Connection successful! ) but when i reply to an ticket i have this error:
"Note: Could not send email notifications. Please notify webmaster at xxxx@xxxx.xx"
Someone have an idea about this problem?

Turn on Debug mode in Admin > Settings > Help desk, then try again - what does the email notice say now?

Thanks for debug option, i was blind because i didn't see this option before.
My problem is fixed, it's was a problem with my sendmail -_-'
