Just a quick question. Can you rename the Knowledgebase text on the homepage and on the Knowledgebase.php to FAQ and is it possible to rename Knowledgebase.php to FAQ.php instead?

You can change all of the text Hesk uses like this:
https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=88

You can also rename knowledgebase.php if you wish, just make sure you also replace all instances of "knowledgebase.php" to "faq.php" within this and other files.

I find this program very useful for searching and replacing within all files inside a directory:
