Office 365 OAUTH configuration errors

I purchased HESK yesterday and it is now configured.

I have configured OAUTH for fetching/sending mail via Office365.

When I try to test and validate my OAUTH configuration, this error message appears.



When I try to access https://mysite.com/admin/oauth_providers.php page from my site, I et this error message.


Anyone know the cause of this?

This is an issue at your Microsoft Azure set up.

For the "Redirect URI" you entered an "example.com" URL address, but you should enter YOUR Hesk URL address instead.

See https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=110 > Part 2: register Hesk > Step 3 again.

Please repeat the registration and use the correct "Redirect URI" in the Microsoft Azure App registration panel.

I have verified have set the correct URI and this error is still appearing.

Could you double-check your helpdesk's general settings and see if the help desk URL is set to "http://www.example.com/helpdesk"? If it is, replace it with your actual help desk URL and then try saving OAuth settings again.

Thanks for that I did the following below before I saw this

I coincidentally noticed in hesk setting php file generic setting shad generic settings so I manually updated it https://prnt.sc/TUtCDJq1SjKw and then the OAUTH connected.
