I used Softaculous script to install the software. It was successful. However, when I click the link to open the site, it says Page Not Found
I installed it again in another folder called supprtdesk and still same issue.
I noticed the database and folders have been created.

What am I doing wrong?

Not sure what went wrong, and it's hard to debug this without having access to your server.

Can you check your server's error logs, is there any information there?

I don't have access to the error logs, have to ask my hosting service, A2Hosting.
I was hoping that you might have experienced such an issue and have a solution...

The error doesn't give details about what is wrong.

Many web hosting control panels give access to error logs, check there.

Here is the response from the ISP:

The installations work fine when the .htaccess in the public_html is disabled(renamed). However, that affects the regular pages of the main domain.
Since the installation folders are inside the public_html folder, those are conflicting with the existing website's setup.
You may have to check with a developer, who should be able to help you configure the .htaccess as required.

The .htaccess in your public_html folder is the cause of the problem then. This is not a file included with or required by Hesk, but by some other software you have installed.
