I see you have a valid Hesk license. Please email me at kstirn AT hesk DOT com (or send a private message here) with admin access to your help desk and an explanation where exactly does this happen, and I will have a more detailed look.

Just to follow up for anyone else having this problem:

If you are using SiteGround, go to their site manager and disable caching for the website you have Hesk installed on. Also, purge the "Dynamic cache" for the Hesk website.

Then, open your help desk again in your browser, force-refresh it (CTRL + F5 in most browsers), and try again.
