Work_time - Error import Excel

Hello,
to make your work easier, we connected the database of hesk and another system with excel, which then based on formulas and export to csv, we will prepare complete documents for invoicing using our system.
But we have a problem with the "time_worked" column.
When loading MySQL into Excel, it throws the message "Invalid time format (hours). Use interval types instead.

Google advised to change the field type, but in that case it reports a hesk error for the change.

Can you advise please?

I'm not sure I understand the question well - you are exporting from Hesk or directly from MySQL into CSV?

I have Excel connected directly to MySQL via the odbc connector

That's not something I can help with, sorry. No experience with Excel to MySQL connections.
