Open a ticket loading the submit url

I would like to know if it's possible to open a ticket by just loading the url in "action" field of the ticket submission form in HESK.

I'm using a bot to filter support requests in my business and I want the bot to, in case it's needed, open a ticket automatically without the customer having to rewrite the whole query in the ticket submission form.

I would try it through the HESK API if it had one, but it doesn't have one yet.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do, but perhaps you can achieve what you need by pre-populating Hesk fileds with your required data?
