REQUIRED LOGIN TO SEND TICKETS

Hello,

I'm currently looking a way to activate the session required to users (previously registered by me) in order to send tickets, I just bought the license last week and I have been looking a way to do it but I can't so here I am. Is there a solution I can go trough?

User login is currently not available. This is by design; not having user logins was one of the original goals because people are def up having to register/login to every website they use.

However, a new version of Hesk that will support customer logins (off, optional or required) is being finalized. A beta (test) version is scheduled for this month.

Thanks for the info, the beta will be open or just a few users? Because im interested in testing it.
