Change the trackID, leaving the default so that it is just numbers

Guys, I need help.

In hesk, it generates the trackID, which is equivalent to the ticket protocol. However, this is being generated in this standard: "78R-ZPR-XT2M". Would I be able to adjust the system code so that it only generates numbers in the trackID? For example: "2607902".

There is no built-in way of doing it. You (a PHP developer) would need to customize the code that generates tracking IDs.
