Hello Klemen
is it possible for authentication to replace the email for the username, my clients are generally several from the same company and on each their email, I would like a unique access per company.

Unfortunately not in version 3.5.0 (it is too close to release), but will consider it for a future update.

To give an update, I'm sure many people are wondering.

Version 3.5.0 is 99.9% ready. A few bugs were identified in beta 2 and fixed, so we are now just waiting for testers to complete testing the fixes to make sure we didn't break anything else. We're close!

The new version is great, but it lacks two features for me. - If user has privileges "Can assign tickets to others" then He can be able to assign ticket to administrator. I think so many administrators of Hesk who only manage of system should not appear in field "assigned to: " in ticket. Second feature which should will be block staff.

Now I see option remove user. What will happen witch closed tickets when I remove person of team who managed these tickets?

The "Can assign tickets to others" privilege is not changing in 3.5.0, maybe in the future.

When a user is deleted:

- all the replies by that staff members remain intact, they will just show "User deleted" instead of the user's name
- any unresolved tickets assigned to the deleted staff member will be changed to "Unassigned"

My recommendation is to delete one user first (maybe even a test one) to see how it works, before deleting larger accounts.

Now back to 3.5.0-specific questions/problems please :)

Can we help to test a more advanced beta in order to look for bugs?

Thanks for the offers and for your patience.

The testing is complete so the release should follow very soon. It should already be out, but we had problems with our payments processor (Digital River), which is apparently going bankrupt, so we spent a lot of time testing and integrating new ones :cry:

Update: was doing some final testing before release and found an issue with processing email to tickets with customer accounts enabled.

This means the release will be delayed for a couple more days until we fix this. Sorry for the bad news :cry:

Thank you for the great work developing HESK!

I found a small issue that when generating the barcode for printing, if the width is too small (for example for a qr code that is square), then the tracking id is not fully shown.

I think the best course of action is to hide the code from the image.

The easiest way to do that would be to edit file /theme/hesk/print-ticket.php

Find

Change it to
