I have made some modification in the email template and I click "Save Changes". In the template it was updated, but once the mail comes am getting old message only, not the message from the updated template. For ex. When Staff submitting the ticket, both admin and staff are getting emails.
In the admin part am trying to change as "Hello Admin" instead of "Hello", but still in the message it is coming as "Hello".
Also How to update the newest ticket should list first in the ticket list.

Depending on your "Email formatting" setting in Hesk admin > Settings > Email, you may need to modify both HTML and PLAIN TEXT email templates. Did you modify both?

You may also want to unselect "Don't force Critical tickets on top" in the above example if you don't want tickets with Critical priority to always stay on top.
