Auto fill customer name in creating a new ticket
When staff is logged in admin portal and trying to create a ticket. Is it possible to auto fill the customer name while creating a new ticket. Say for ex. Venkat is both customer and staff position and when he logged in admin portal as staff and tries to create a new ticket, is it possible to auto fill the customer name as "Venkat" mail ID.

There is no built-in way to do that; you would need a PHP developer to help you customize this (we don't have anyone available for hire, sorry).
