[SOLVED] HESK 3.5.1 - Knowledgebase searches always returning zero results

Hello and happy new year to all the readers

so far I have written two articles in the knowledgebase

but as you can see, despite I'm writing a word present in the article, its excerpt is not appended and also the message says that not corresponding articles have been found for that query

so I tried also going into the knowledge base page but the script is the same and the result as well

I have also created some few dummy tickets and I see that the searches into the tickets works as expected

Do you have any hint/tip regarding this issue?

Try adding more unique articles to the knowledgebase.

Hesk will show a notice on the "Manage Knowledgebase" page when there are less than 5 articles, saying:

Note: Knowledgebase search requires enough unique articles to work properly.

Consider adding more articles to the knowledgebase to improve search and article suggestion results.

When you have 10+ articles, the search should work better because of the MySQL fulltext search limits.
