Restricting Ticket Assignment, Assigning to Multiple Staff, and Custom Ticket Filters

Version of script: 3.5.2
Hosting company: On local host
  • Is there an option to allow a specific staff member to assign tickets only to certain staff members while restricting assignments to others?
  • Can a ticket be assigned to multiple staff members? Alternatively, is it possible to create a group, assign specific staff members to it, and then assign tickets to the group so all group members can view them?
  • In the ticket section, there are buttons like Open Tickets and Assigned to Me. Is it possible to add a custom button to filter tickets assigned to a specific staff member?

No, all users who have access to the ticket are listed

This is coming in version 3.6.0. When? In the next months :)

There is no such option. You can use the "Find a ticket" form at the bottom of the tickets page to find tickets assigned to a specific person.

Thank you for the quick reply! I'm eagerly waiting for version 3.6.0 and hope to see some great new features.

In the future, I would love to see a feature where a staff member can assign tickets only to specific staff members.
